HOW DO I SHOP AT KAMALIKAARTPRINTS.COM?

It’s pretty simple! You can browse our site, then once you have decided on the items you want, you just need to add them to the shopping cart. Then you fill in your contact details and choose your preferred payment method. After we receive your payment, we will deliver your order to the shipping address you provide at check out.


DO I HAVE TO REGISTER FIRST?

Nope. You only need to enter your contact and address details when you shop at our webstore.


WHAT KIND OF PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?

We accept credit card payments and bank transfers to our bank account. If you choose to pay via bank transfer, then you need to email us your proof of transfer before we deliver your order.

WHEN CAN I EXPECT MY ORDER TO BE DELIVERED?

Your order will be dispatched within two working days after we have received your payment. We use JNE delivery service and orders made to be delivered within the Jabodetabek area will be free of delivery charge.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN AND REFUND POLICY?

We cannot refund your money, but we can exchange your items. If you want to exchange your items, you will have to notify us within 3 days after you have received your items. You can return your items to us and we will send you the new items, please note that there will be delivery
charge this time.

However, if you receive faulty items from us and would like to exchange it with the new ones, then we will cover the re-delivery charge.

HOW DO I TAKE CARE OF THE FABRIC-BASED PRODUCTS?

Be caring and careful
For our tote bags and pouches, you can wipe them clean using a damp cloth. If necessary, you can hand-wash them with mild soap. With all products, especially with t-shirts, we recommend you wash them inside out with cold water to protect the design. Avoid using dryer and direct sunlight. Please do not scrub and iron the design as these actions could damage the colour.
